Originally from Connecticut, Michael Fichman made the move to Wilmington, North Carolina, in 2013 before finally settling in Charlotte in 2017. Outside the professional realm, Michael is passionate about golf, enthusiastically supports UConn Basketball (Bleed Blue!), enjoys diving into video games, and constantly expands his knowledge as an avid reader and podcast enthusiast.

Real estate and acquisitions run in Michael’s blood; inspired by a lifetime of watching his mother thrive as a real estate agent, he discovered early on that he wanted to be on the buying and asset management side of the business.
